We are a sister company to Marek Hospitality Inc. specialists in retail healthcare foodservices. Co-located in Oakville, Ontario together we serve over 100 clients throughout the province and in British Columbia in private and public sector organizations.
Founded in 1987 as a boutique foodservice management company by entrepreneur Byron Kaczmarek, Dana has grown because clients and customers have embraced our culture of providing fresh, healthy, prepared on-site food in sparkling clean facilities, with genuine hospitality and proactive, responsible management.
Always centered as a strong culinary-focused hospitality company, Dana has grown from one operation to more than 100 client accounts by earning our clients’ trust; one account, one day, one customer and one meal at a time. We work hard every day to understand and exceed client and customer expectations.
In 1996 we launched a second company, Marek Hospitality Inc. to address opportunities in the larger public and institutional sectors where clients appreciate the benefits of a healthy, fresh on-site foodservice. Marek Hospitality Inc. manages accounts where the food service staff is unionized.
In 2007, Dana Hospitality entered the independent school market leveraging our experience and our “here for you” culture to deliver a food service program designed specifically for this very specialized environment.
Now, as Dana Hospitality LP we have the financial resources of successful Canadian owned private equity firm, Fulcrum Capital Partners to further support the needs of our clients. Under the continued leadership of our experienced management team, Dana and Marek are well positioned to see sustained success while ensuring we retain our culture and heritage.
